The Campaign Coordinator will assist our campaign managers across multiple platforms and gain exposure to both organic and paid marketing. This ensures that as an entry level team member you can find the best position based on your unique skill set. You will help with ongoing maintenance of campaigns and perform daily and monthly tasks to help hone in on a particular skill. You will be exposed to multiple clients to ensure you are learning about a variety of KPIs and how to achieve success for each. You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to juggle multiple responsibilities at once, managing deliverables based on priority.
Follow internal quality assurance processes for campaigns built by other team members and keep all documentation up to date for follow-up.
Review internal dashboards and check for consistency between dashboard and platform.
Using internal dashboards and platforms, look for areas of improvement within campaigns and suggest optimizations to the Campaign Managers and Team Lead.
Works with the Client Service team to ensure that timelines are set and deliverables are accurate.
Complete QA checks before handing off any work and meet the agency guidelines and quality standards.
Understands the agency’s process and follows steps to ensure consistency.
Update the daily pacing document and flag any issues or areas for improvement to the Campaign Managers and Team Lead.
Review weekly reports, understand key performance callouts and work with the Campaign Manager assigned to the account to update weekly notes.
Shadow Campaign Managers with ongoing tasks to gain exposure to the various platforms and an understanding of paid and organic media campaigns.
Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Passion for digital marketing and strong working knowledge of social, search, and display media.
Able to manage multiple deliverables and seamlessly transition among them.

Post-secondary education in the marketing or advertising field is required, however, no previous working experience is required.
