Client Service Coordinator

about this role

The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Client Service team and will work closely with the Digital Strategist to facilitate required projects and lend a helping hand. You will work with the internal teams managing deliverables flowing from the agency to the client. You will have an interest in digital marketing from paid media to organic social posting and web development.

internal relationships
  • Work with Platform Campaign Managers, Creative, and Web Developers to ensure that deliverables are error free and meets the expectation of the clients.

  • Keep consistent with agency guidelines to deliver work reflective of the agency’s quality standard.

  • Understand the agency’s process and follow steps to ensure consistency.

  • Build positive relationships with internal teams.

financial management
  • Develop and issue media purchase agreements and job estimates to clients.

  • Develop and issue insertion orders with internal and external vendors.

  • Update internal financial and goal pacing sheets.

  • Update monthly goal pacing sheets for our reporting software.

client service
  • Review weekly client performance reports, check for accuracy, and issue them on time.

  • Help to polish client reports and presentations that adhere to the quality and brand standards of tempo digital.

  • Keep all internal agency departments informed of client-side changes and deliverables

  • Proactively resolve any potential issues and keep the Digital Strategist informed, knowing when to escalate.

  • Assess concerns in a systematic, logical and rational manner providing key next steps to those involved.

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.

  • Passion for digital marketing and strong working knowledge of social, search, and display media.

  • Able to manage multiple deliverables and seamlessly transition among them.

  • Post-secondary education in the marketing or advertising field is required, however, no previous working experience is required.
